We understand that with the constantly changing Coronavirus (COVID-19) climate around the world, this is a challenging and uncertain time for everyone. Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you.
We want you to know that The Louse Girl - Mobile Head Lice Removal Service and Shop is taking additional steps to ensure that the health and safety of our clients, customers and employees is our number one priority.
We are remaining open at this time and monitoring conditions as they change.
We are consistently keep up to date with any and all information provided by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and WHO (World Health Organization) surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we are following all recommended guidelines and procedures.
For The Louse Girl Shop:
- We are sanitizing all of our products, packing materials and surfaces for shipping prior to packing to ensure safe and clean arrival.
- We are adding additional steps to ensure our staff or any of the products, packing or shipping materials are not in contact with any infected persons, items or surfaces for the health and well being of our customers and shipping partners.
For The Louse Girl - Mobile Lice Removal Services:
- We are adding additional precautionary measures to ensure each appointment is safe for our staff by asking our clients to disclose their symptom/infection status prior to appointment arrival. This is to ensure we are not becoming infected and/or spreading infection to others.
- We are added additional PPE (personal protective equipment) items to our existing lice removal tool kits.
- We are adding additional and more stringent cleaning processes for all of our lice removal tools and equipment.
